Hey there – it’s been a while!

A few weeks ago I got invited to NEON Toronto on Queen Street in preparation for Spring! I had a wonderful shopping experience with really great customer service from the store staff. They were all so helpful and allowed me to run around pulling outfits and really maximizing the store space and decor for my photos.

NEON has been around for over 20 years in Quebec. They had a store in Toronto before relocating to a bigger space on Queen Street. I had such a fun time exploring all corners of the store and didn’t realize they carried so many brands like Levi’s, Billabong, Element, OBEY Clothing, Fjallraven and RayBan just to name a few.

Spring is always a great time to freshen up your wardrobe with a few new pieces. I went through the store and pulled out 4 spring looks to share with you before I chose my favourite one.

Layering is key when it comes to spring fashion. I kept the jean jacket as a staple piece with all 4 looks as spring is usually still quite chilly in Toronto and it’s necessary to keep a jacket around.

I was very pleasantly surprised with these old school VANS. At first, I didn’t think that I’d like the look of them but once I put them on, I really like that they’re simple, clean and well padded with a thick rubber sole. I’m probably going to go back to pick up a pair to kick around on weekends.

You know I love my shoes – they have a variety of brands including VANS, Converse, Adidas, Dr. Martens and Billabong!

Sandal season is around the corner – better schedule a pedicure (aka. block off time in my calendar)! These Billabong sandals are so cute! Which one do you like best?

Spring in Toronto can get a little wet, it’s been gloomy all week and even feeling like winter is creeping back in. What better way to brighten up your outfit than with a pair of cute Dr. Marten floral shoes that’s both fun and practical!

There’s something about a fresh pair of new, white sneakers to kick off the warm weather.

I love lifestyle stores that carry more than just clothes. NEON carries a bunch of cool, street style brands and if you end up seeing a fixture or furniture piece that catches your eye, you can pick that up too! Even though there’s a lot going on in the store, there’s a sense of comfort knowing that you can pretty much have whatever you want in the store.
