My Birthday Lookbook: 3 outfits

Hey everyone!

This past month was so hectic with a bunch of exciting freelancing gigs and WMCFW (stay tuned for WMCFW blog post!) but the best of it all were the birthday celebrations I had with friends and family. Can’t believe another year has gone by – so much happened within this year and I truly feel blessed (+ another year wiser)! Birthdays are usually a reason for me to dress up, spend time with loved ones while giving me the excuse to feast out (and I mean FEAST OUT)! I went to a few restaurants around Toronto that I’ve been meaning to try and they were all SO delicious (I eat out so often that I’m starting to think that I should making videos of all the restaurants I go to). I’ll most likely highlight my experience at all these restaurants I tried for my birthday in a separate blog post…stay tuned! These 3 looks were my favourite outfits that I wore throughout my birthday month celebration and I want to share them with you!

3 Ways to Style: Zara Denim Dress

Hey guys!

I’m sure you all feel the temperature dropping and it’s especially noticeable after Labour Day long weekend! I must admit though, I love fall fashion even though it means that winter is THAT much closer. Winter is a different story but fall fashion is so much fun because you can layer, layer and layer some more! I picked up this Zara denim dress a few weeks ago and it’s such a great layering piece to transition into the fall season. I’ve styled it in 3 different looks that can be dressed down or up! Weekday Style: Oversized & striped

Hi guys – happy September!

I’m usually not a striped shirt kind of girl. To be quite honest, I don’t think I even own a striped shirt. With that said, this is my first striped shirt and I am totally digging it! I bought it from H&M and decided to go oversized and got a size 14. The material of this shirt is very soft and flowy, making it drape really nice and loose. One way I like to wear loose shirts is to unbutton the last button or two and tuck one side into my pants. I also unbuttoned the top two buttons to expose the bralette underneath the shirt. This bralette has some cute cutout detailing so I wanted to show that off – adding a bit of sexy to this outfit!

Ever New Launch party!

I got invited to the Ever New launch party at the Toronto Eaton Centre two weeks ago and I had a blast! It’s an Australian brand from Melbourne, Australia, and this is their first location in Toronto. 3 Ways to style: Zara Crop Top

Happy Civic long weekend! Hope everyone has been enjoying the long weekend, even if your plans consist of Netflix, hanging out on your patio or taking a moment for yourself. I’ve been so busy with so many projects and it’s starting to push back my filming schedule! I hope to have another video for you this week – stay tuned!

I love this Zara crop top! It’s so cute and the bow detailing just makes it 10x cuter! The material is not stretchy so for someone like me who has broader shoulders, it was a little bit difficult to squeeze myself in. It would have been awesome if the zipper in the back could fully unzip but once I managed to get the top on, it fit like a glove!

My Blanc Canvas Adventure: Toronto Flower Market, Queen Street E & Edwards Gardens

Hey guys! This past weekend, my sisters and I spent Saturday together exploring our lovely city Toronto. First stop, the Toronto Flower Market. It was our first time there and the local flowers were so beautiful! We bought some really pretty blooms, then we explored around Queen Street East before we decided to stop for brunch. We stumbled upon this cute resto called County General Riverside (nom nom nom)! Last stop, Edwards Gardens, it’s too beautiful for words! We had such an amazing weekend and hope you had a great one too.
